You receive a personalised ebook containing your targets and strategies for getting there. Meal and exercise planning. Psychology & Science. 

You also begin a prescribed Cognitive Behaviour Therapy program determined by Julie during your 1:1 session.

Step 4: Ongoing Coaching

You will stay on track and target with a weekly 50 minute coaching session,  we now know that the brain has a neuroplasticity and can be changed. We are in essence what we believe we can be.

Weekly coaching sessions and nutritional counselling will keep you on track and engaged.
